Development of Room Occupancy Rate for Star-rated Hotels in Lampung Province in December 2019

Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in Lampung Province in December 2019 recorded 69.51 percent, up 2.08 points compared to the TPK of hotels in November 2019 which was recorded at 67.43 percent. When compared to the same month in 2018, the ROR of starred hotels rose by 0.05 points.

The number of guests during December 2019 who stayed at five-star hotels reached 69,972 people, consisting of 112 foreign guests and 69,860 domestic guests. This condition has increased as many as 10,427 people (17.51 percent) compared to November 2019 which recorded 59,545 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in December 2019 was 1.44 days, down 0.13 days compared to the hotel RLMT in November 2019 which was recorded at 1.57 days.
